Takagi said that the consecutive wins together didn’t change how he felt about them. If they wanted to keep their hair tomorrow they knew what to do. Support him or fail. There would be no restart today. The fans should collect their belongings and get out.

YAMATO said that he and Susumu still were ready to go. Was Takagi trying to escape? Scared?

Takagi brought Kong and Kotoka in. They both won today. That left them a man short on the YAMATO side. Did they really want to face the winners of all three of the six man tags 3-2? YAMATO was willing to fight 2-100. Susumu calmed him down. The match tomorrow was too important for such rash decisions. If YAMATO were to get injured that would be disastrous for himself or Ichikawa. Susumu had a third. He called out Jimmy Kagetora! Kagetora entered the ring for the first time in almost a year, and the impromptu match began.

Applications Open for the 2016 Class

Open recruitment for the 2016 trainee class is now open. DRAGON GATE will offer full support in your quest to become a pro wrestler. You could very well be the next ace of the company.

Applicants must be males between the age of 18-28. There is no restriction or requirement in regards to size or stature.

If accepted, the candidate will move into the DG dorm where they will receive full support and training in preparation for their debut. They will be given access to the dojo for weight lifting and will receive coaching from current members of the roster. There is no set time limit before they can make their in-ring debut. Like Takehiro Yamamura, Kaito Ishida, & El Lindaman are showing with their current activity as a part of OVER GENERATION, there are no limits or restrictions. If you show the ability and desire you can immediately become a part of the front lines.

There is also potential for interested trainees to spend time overseas to further enhance their skill sets. YAMATO to America, and the former Millennials to Mexico are examples of this.

You don’t need to abandon your dreams to be a pro wrestler due to your size or age. The concepts of “My body is too small” or “I am too short” or “I am too old” don’t exist in DRAGON GATE.

Interested applicants should send resume, full body & upper body photos, and introductory essay to

Dragon Gate Inc.
Attn: Rookie Recruitment
7-1-4 Kitanagasadori, Chuo-ku, Kobe-shi
Sanctuary Building 650-0012

The application deadline for the first round of applicants is February 15th. Successful applicants will be called in for interviews at the 3/2 Korakuen Hall and the 3/5 or 3/6 Osaka events. If interviews on those dates are not possible for a candidate, an interview at the next closest even is possible.

Foreign applicants, please note that all of this is done in Japanese, and candidates will need to be in the country for the interview process.
