Yoshino gave a quick speech to start the show. He talked about winning KoG & the Dream Gate, along with his upcoming match at World with Takagi. One of his opponents today is the debuting Kota Minoura, age 19. That is half his age. He didn’t think this day would come, but here it is.
As a few people in the crowd may know, there is a wrestler named Dragon Kid. Yoshino teamed with him a few days ago and he asked him a favor. Kid has an important match today and needs all the time to prepare, so he asked Yoshino to recruit for Gong Kids. The rules of the main event make it hard to do it the regular way, so they would make the pick now to ring the bell for the main event later. Muu, age 9, favorite wrestler Dragon Kid got the honors.

Hiroshi Yamato thanked DG for the opportunity today and was looking forward to more in the future, should the timing be right.

Mochizuki announced that he & Shun were going to participate in the All Japan Junior Tag League. They weren’t just going as an experience building exercise for Shun. They were going to win the whole thing. All Japan is also shown on GAORA so he hoped the fans would tune in. He turned his attention to Watanabe & Yoshioka who had appeared at ringside wearing Masaaki Mochizuki shirts. Why? Watanabe said they want to receive the same treatemet from him as Shun. Yoshioka pleaded with him. DG needs 50 year old men like him! Mochizuki clarified that he was 49. Yoshioka clarified. They wanted the 50 year old man to form a a unit with them. Mochizuki understood how they felt, but was skeptical. He just lost the Dream Gate and wasn’t exactly at the top of the card. Maybe they would have better results asking one of the existing unit leaders. Yoshioka once again pleaded. “Mr. Mochizuki, please teach me how to wrestle”. (This is a famous line that Cyber Kong once said to Mochizuki before betraying him 45 minutes later). Mochizuki picked up on it and wondered if he had something similar planned. He didn’t think it was a good idea. He didn’t see how they could compete with the other units. But! Maybe his mind could be changed after fighting against them. Himself & Shun vs. Yoshioka & Watanabe wouldn’t be very fun. Instead, he would fight all three of them in Korakuen Hall next month.

Shimizu accidentally hit Doi with a tackle, leading to the loss. Shimizu was quick to criticize again. Another loss. He really needs to get his act together! Is he even trying? Doi pointed out that this was entirely Shimizu’s fault. He really needs to watch his tone. He’s been going way overboard this last month. Shimizu bluntly pointed out that it is no one’s fault but the loser’s. Doi was the loser. He lost because he is a loser. Doi told him that this has been mostly laughs but it isn’t funny anymore. He’s going to get angry. Shimizu called it annoying asf. Doi pressed him on what exactly was annoying and he apologized. He just blurted out what he was thinking. Doi once again called on Ben to mediate, before he put hands on Shimizu. Ben said that even though Shimizu was an idiot, he meant no harm. He got carried away but it is only because he loves Doi so much. He apologized on Shimizu’s behalf. Doi asked Shimizu how this made him feel. He should be the one apologizing! Ben did nothing wrong but here he is live on TV apologizing while Shimizu stands there saying nothing and making that dumb face. STOP MAKING THAT FACE. Doi ushered things on to intermission. Hurry to the ladies bathroom since it usually has a long line. Enjoy the break.

Backstage, Saito announced that it was time for him to graduate from the rookie stage and return to the old Ryo Saito.

Eita celebrated the long awaited and inevitable end of Over Generation. That Gong Kids bullshit is done, too. All that was left now, would be to take the Brave Gate championship and finish Dragon Kid off for good. Takagi got in on the taunting before calling out the Triangle Gate champions. They were such a shitty team the Triangle Gate was relegated to the undercard today. It’s basically a comedy title now. The only way to restore the value of the championship was for Antias to take it. Kzy thought Takagi wasn’t interested in comedy titles. What part of the title match today was a joke? The only thing that was funny here was Takagi challenging for the Triangle Gate when half his unit was already booked elsewhere. Takagi & Eita have title matches. That leaves Kanda & Yoshida. The Triangle Gate requires 3 members. Surely Takagi can do simple math. Takagi replied that with an opponent like Yoshino he would usually have no problems wrestling and winning twice, but since it is World he will stay focused on the task at hand. He’s uses his extensive connections to find a new associate for Antias. That associate is Masato Tanaka. Tanaka said that in all the places he competes, with this kind of backup this will be the easiest belt to add to his collection. Kzy warned him not to judge a book by it’s cover. He was running full speed to reach the top and he was’t going to let someone like him get in his way. Susumu & Horiguchi also consented, so the title match was set for World. Eita told the ex-Over Generation that since they stuck around through all of this they could say whatever boring shit they had.

Over Generation was active for 2 years and 8 months. Gamma & Ishida were the only original members left. Ishida was only 19 years old and fresh off his debut. He was still a kid, but he has grown into a wrestler worthy of the main event in Korakuen Hall. It was because of that willpower that Over Generation made it this far.
Over Generation was on the brink several times while Problem Dragon was recovering from his neck injury. They stayed alive and made sure there was a place for him to come back to. He wasn’t able to do the same thing. He’s gutted. For his niece and all the other kids who were waiting for their chance to do Gong Kids, he’s so sorry. Over Generation changed him for the better and he will keep them in his heart as he moves forward.
Dragon Kid said there was nothing for him to do but accept this result and keep going. That is what wrestlers do. He has a Brave Gate title to defend in two weeks. They will all go down separate paths now but will keep the same goals of ensuring a bright future for Dragon Gate. Ishida is starting to hit his stride. There is no telling how far he will go if he keeps up this pace.
Ishida struggled to keep his composure. He felt personally responsible for keeping the unit together ever since they dropped to 4 members, but he failed. He wasn’t done fighting with Antias, even without a unit. You can find out a lot about a wrestler by watching how they react to a loss like this. He asked the fans to watch him closely.
Kid closed by asking the fans to support the 4 of them as they go their separate ways.
