Loser: CIMA

Arai was more than willing to call it a night after the quick submission loss. Ichikawa reasoned with him, saying that this was his first time on a big show and his first time on a DG show in Nagoya in a long time. Was he really ready to pack up and go back home? Arai & the Millenials consented to the restart.

Gamma very intentionally hit Doi with the singapore cane, leading to the loss in the Triangle Gate match. The MAD BLANKEY zombies & Doi argued afterwards, before Doi left on his own.

An interview segment with all the main event participants was held before intermission. T-Hawk said he didn’t know what kind of karma gave him DoiYoshi as his two delegates, but he would protect their hair, then his own blond locks. CIMA said that despite losing all of his front teeth in Hakata last week, he was here and at full power. He intended on being the first person out. Takagi said he was only concerned with Kzy. He fully intended on seeing that stupid ass hair get cut off. Kzy questioned Takagi, since his intentions could also lead to a haircut for Tozawa. Kzy had intention of a repeat from last year, so he also planned on getting out as soon as possible. Saito Sensei promised to protect DKs’ mask. He also vowed to fight so hard that he brings a change of heart to Tatsuki. YAMATO said that he did all this for Fujii, but now because of Saitos’ stupidity, Fujii was acting strangely. It didn’t matter though, because he had a secret weapon. He used a game controller to introduce the Super Karate Robot Masa. Mochizuki came out in a karate gi and was under the full control of YAMATO….

The cage match was the usual cavalcade of weapons and assistance from the outside. Tatsuki finally completed his reformation and saved Saito Sensei in his moment of need. He hit YAMATO in the face with an eraser, allowing Saito to escape. At one point, MAD BLANKEY invaded the ring and removed the ropes in an attempt to prevent T-Hawk & CIMA from escape. Doi taped CIMAs’ wrists to the cage, preventing him from retrieving a flag. YAMATO used the opportunity to escape, leaving CIMA & T-Hawk as the final two.

CIMA received his haircut from all the other participants. Saito abstained, but Doi gleefully took his place. Doi taunted him, saying the haircut suited him well. To answer why MB turned on him during the match; the Doi Darts stipulation had run its’ course. Today was their last day as MB members. CIMA, Fujii, & Gamma were out. T-Hawk came to CIMA’s rescue. He admitted that they had been generally awful to each other recently, but he was willing to let bygones be bygones. He asked CIMA to align with him in an effort to destroy MAD BLANKEY. Doi was offended. After all, he totally supported T-Hawk in the cage, just as he said he would. Until he was freed from his risk, anyway. CIMA agreed, and asked T-Hawk to call on his exiled partner Eita. T-Hawk said Eita was soon to return, and as a trio they would take on anyone from MB. CIMA saw himself on the big screen and was a aghast at the image being broadcast around the world. Broken nose, no teeth, no hair. But he was still CIMA. CIMA talked about Hulk being Dream Gate champion, while YAMATO, Doi, Takagi, Yoshino, & Tozawa made up the top of the card. Was T-Hawk satisfied with being the guy in 7th place? T-Hawk said that before he became a wrestler, he idolized CIMA. He went to Mexico in an effort to be more like him. No, he was not satisfied with being the 7th guy. He said when they return to Aichi next year, he will be the one carrying DRAGON GATE on his shoulders. He thanked CIMA & the fans to close out the show.

After the drawing to decide the teams for the main event, it was announced that the loser of the main event will have an extra delegate added. The competitor who incurs this penalty will not be able to escape the cage unless they have freed both delegates of their risk. The loser of the fall in the semi-final will be the new delegate.

T-Hawk was a bit irritated at having to team with anyone today, as everyone in the match was his enemy. But, his main target was CIMA and he was opposite him tonight. CIMA hoped to be with his MAD BLANKEY partner YAMATO, but that is just how things go. He asked Takagi & Saito Sensei to fight hard and show good teamwork in an effort to put the penalty onto T-Hawk. Kzy was pleased with his team, as it featured contemporary YAMATO and fellow Hokkaido native T-Hawk. Takagi was equally pleased to not be on the same team as Kzy. He really didn’t understand the rules laid out, he just wanted to beat Kzys’ ass. YAMATO blamed the recent peculiar behaviour exhibited by Fujii on Saito. If Fujii were to change his ways, it would render YAMATOs’ entry into the cage pointless. He demanded Fujii assist in beating up Saito today. Saito gave the usual lecture. He asked Nobuhiko & Shingo to fight hard in their clash with Kazuki, Masato, & Takuya. He also banned CIMA from wearing his zombie paint tonight, as it is not allowed in Hakata Middle School. Tonight, he wanted a clean faced Nobuhiko.

Doi, totally by accident, hit Gamma with a box and powder, leading to his loss. Gamma insisted it was totally on purpose. Doi mocked him & CIMA for losing again to Kotoka. Kotoka! He was the worst wrestler in the company! Gamma noted this was the first time he lost to him. Doi asked how many times CIMA lot. Gamma answered “Twice”, then noted that Doi has lost to him three times. Doi called the zombie MB members the “B Team”, and they should go be flunkies for Problem Dragon or PT.

Hulk taunted Kong. He would use the same swift attacking tactics he used today to win their title match.

Yoshino was in a state of shock after losing. Eventually he accepted his fate, the rules were the rules. He mentioned growing his hair out a bit during his time out earlier in the year. Now he could lose it all in a match he wasn’t even fighting in. He said he would watch the main from ringside.

Yoshino wasn’t pleased with being paired with T-Hawk. Both last week in Wakayama, and tonight, he was the target of all the other participants. He was also irritated that T-Hawks’ other delegate was Doi. Doi also was flustered, as he didn’t want to lose his own hair but liked the idea of it happening to Yoshino. He pressed T-Hawk to decide whose risk he would release first. Once again, he promised full support to T-Hawk. Yoshino warned T-Hawk that Dois’ favourite past time was betraying his comrades. Doi said that was unnecessary information. He was in the cage last year, he can offer invaluable advice to T-Hawk and knows the right foreign objects to the use from the outside to impede others from escaping. He would surely provide more assistance than Yoshino could. He offered to treat T-Hawk to a meal of Hakata delicacies to discuss strategy. Doi & Yoshino continued to bicker until T-Hawk intervened. He didn’t really understand the history between those two, but he did agree with Yoshino. He would free him from his risk first. Yoshino was pleased, Doi said all this was Yoshinos’ fault. ALL OF IT!
Takagi inte

rrupted. He talked about winning today, but in doing so making another MONSTER EXPRESS member into a delegate. He told the Hakata fans he would make it through the cage and return to town with a full head of pumping hair to drink all the delicious sake. All the other participants took turns promising victory and such.
T-Hawk & his delegates closed things out. T-Hawk said he would absolutely save Yoshino. Did Doi really intend on fully supporting him? Doi said that he didn’t want his head shaved. For that reason, and that reason only, he will work together with them. T-Hawk found his enthusiasm infectious. He promised to return to Hakata having survived the steel cage.

He said that the only other two members of Dia HEARTS that were present today were already scheduled in the semi-final, so he wasn’t sure what he would do about his match. Marias’ music hit. She offered her services, purely for tag team wrestling purposes. Kzy was bemused, but the Jimmyz theme started before he could decline.

Maria pleaded for a rematch, since she didn’t get chance to fight. Ichikawa said no, the match was over. Maria said this was her chance to cement her place in the Women’s Pro Wrestling landscape. She wouldn’t take no for an answer. Afterwards, she said while she was beaten today, Aja should prepare herself for a proper thrashing next time they meet. Aja was fairly certain there would be no such thrashing. However, Maria showed great heart and spirit today, so she looked forward to fighting her again someday.

The participants in the six way were seconded by their respective delegates, with the exception of YAMATO & Saito, since Mochizuki & DK were preparing for the main event. Tozawa in particular was very attentive in his aid to Kzy. He took water meant for Takagi and gave it to Kzy. YAMATO also had PT assisting him. They set up Saito for a box attack from Fujii, but Fujii once again used it on PT instead. An intentional powder attack from Doi to CIMA didn’t prevent a series of finishers from being performed on T-Hawk, capped off by the Meteora for the pin. CIMA told T-Hawk that while he was fond of saying anyone born before 1990 was his enemy, he just experienced the end result of those words. Everyone would be targeting him in the cage. He noted the hesitation in assistance from Flamita today. In the cage it would be full assistance to CIMA. He also told Doi that he knew the powder attack was 300% on purpose. YAMATO was pissed at Fujii. He only got involved in this whole ordeal for his sake. Saito Sensei pointed out that Masato had gone after his hair several times in the past, so this whole thing was not just for Tatsukis’ benefit. Takagi begrudgingly thanked Hulk for his aid today. Kzy was stunned that the selfish bastard Shingo Takagi actually thanked someone for something. He said he just hoped that at the end of the match, Hulks’ hair, DKs’ mask, and his own head were safe. Sensing that the pack had singled out T-Hawk as the weakest target, Doi flew into the usual rage. 5 on 1 tactics were schoolyard bully shit. He didn’t give a damn about T-Hawk losing his hair. Just his own. He kicked at T-Hawk while yelling at him. T-Hawk noted that Doi was sure quick to break his promise of full support until the cage match was done. He didn’t care if it was 5 on 1, he would take them all on.

The Jimmyz celebrated their successful defense. Horiguchi noted that the 2012 MEMORIAL GATE was the first big event after the unit formed. He said that Kagetora was once again MVP today. Lately, there aren’t many occasions where all six members are present. They were all in their 30s now so for the sake of their conditioning it was best for them to appear on a rotation basis. With the encouragement of the Wakayama faithful, they felt young and energetic. SO much so, that it was time to finally unveil the long promised Jimmyz Train 2015! The new version uses cheerleading pompoms. They closed the show with it.

The lottery to decide the delegate pairings was held at the start of the show. The pairings are: CIMA & Flamita, YAMATO & Mochizuki, Saito & Dragon Kid, Takagi & Hulk, Kzy & Tozawa, and T-Hawk & Doi.

T-Hawk was irritated at being paired with someone garbage like Doi. Doi took offense at the garbage comment, but accepted the situation. Since has experience in cage match and T-Hawk doesn’t, he will use the time between now and 5/5 to pass on as much advice as he can. Flamita asked CIMA to fight his hardest. CIMA promised to protect his mask, as well as his own hair. Kzy was hopeful that he would be paired with a Dia member since 2 of them were delegates. He ended up with Tozawa. He wanted to protect his own hair above all else, and if it means he protects Tozawa as well, that’s fine. Tozawa admitted that he ha said a lot of horrible things to Kzy lately, but they were in this together now so when the time comes they should fight together. Takagi remarked that Tozawa sure was quick to change his tune. Even worse, he was now paired with goddamn BxB Hulk. He had no interest in defending his hair, but since his own was also on the line he would do it. This time. Hulk felt the same, but since the Dream Gate champion losing his hair was out of the question, he would assist him from the outside with all his might. Saito Sensei asked that all talk of gambling cease immediately. He was only concerned with reforming Tatsuki, Nobuhiko, and …Doi. DK said that wasn’t acceptable. His mask was his life. Sensei should consider that as well. YAMATO told Mochizuki he was lucky. Even though he is the least noteworthy delegate, he is paired with the one with the best hair. YAMATO has no intention of losing it. Mochizuki said that having your head shaved at 45 was problematic. While he certainly would enjoy seeing YAMATO bald, in this case he would have to support him. Since T-Hawk was the youngest, he had the least to lose from a shaving

Fujii took an exceptionally long time to enter the ring, letting his entire entrance theme play. Saito Sensei noted that his sunglasses were a bit different that usual, and took it as a sign that he was coming around to the good side. He gave the usual lecture about having to worry the cage match while maintaining his lesson plan for reforming Tatsuki back to his old self. He asked the student body of Sambo Hall to cheer him on today.
After the match, he said that his win should settle things for Tatsuki. His delinquent friends Masato and Chihiros’ attempts to help him via rule breaking failed. The old Tatsuki didn’t need that type of help. He should mend his ways and return to the old Tatsuki. YAMATO attacked, and held Saito so Fujii could hit him with the box. Fujii instead hit PT! He then left the ring….

It wasn’t CIMA this time, but Gamma that hit Doi with powder, causing him to lose to pissant Kotoka. Naturally, Doi was enraged at him. Gamma had no idea what he was talking about. His aim was a bit off, but it surely wasn’t on purpose. Doi claimed that it looked like he was working together with Kotoka to time the throw. CIMA said the whole thing was a bad situation. Doi redirected his anger at him. CIMA said that his target for the cage match was always T-Hawk. Now he is paired with Doi. He wished Doi the best of luck. Doi promised to unleash his rage on the cage and everyone in it that was against him.

Tozawa broke up a pin Takagi had on Kzy. Kzy capitalized with a series of cradles the resulted in the pin. Takagi asked Tozawa what the hell he was doing. Tozawa replied that he just didn’t want to have his head shaved. Takagi understood how he felt, but that had nothing to do with this match. He was paired with Hulk for the cage, but had no problem going at him today. Tozawa said the situation has changed. He wanted to be paired with Takagi but it didn’t happen. Maybe all four of them could try and get along until it’s over. Takagi said that he would defend Hulks’ hair because it meant defending his own. But after all the shit Kzy talked about his hair, he couldn’t forgive that. Kzy called Takagi a mean person. Tozawa had managed to put his personal feelings aside. Takagi should too. DK brought up that he had nothing to do with any of this but his mask and his livelihood now depended on Saito. Kzy assured him that he could count on Sensei escaping the cage. Kzy said that Dia HEARTS would all return to Kobe with their hair and masks intact.

Hulk told Kong that a Dream Gate match was no laughing matter, and he just got a taste of what he would experience in Aichi. He would topple that big fat body, and never relinquish his title.

Backstage, Shisa said that no one could beat him under the 2 count/3 escape rules. He brought up his several wins over CIMA, If you are unprepared, even a simple boston crab can cost you your last escape. If you think you can get out without a rope break, you will be pinned. El Lindaman found that out today.

Kzy celebrated the big win over Takagi. He said the same result awaited him in Aichi. Takagi accepted his defeat today, but warned Kzy that desperation flash pins wouldn’t save him or his delegate in the cage match. Takagi would leave him battered in the ring while he makes his escape. Tozawa admitted he was uneasy over his status as a delegate, particularly if he doesn’t get paired with Takagi. Takagi told him that he won’t go easy on whoever Tozawa gets paired up with. They both conceded that this was the only way this could go. Kzy told them to take their personal conversation backstage. He brought up Hulk being a delegate in a positive manner, which prompted Tozawa to question whether he properly understood the rules. Kzy told the Korakuen fans to eagerly anticipate a bald Shingo Takagi next month.

King of Gate 2015 will kick off on 05/08 in Korakuen and run through to the final DG show ever in Sapporo Teisen Hall on 05/31. The field this year is: CIMA, Naruki Doi, YAMATO, Cyber Kong, BxB Hulk, Masaaki Mochizuki, Dragon Kid, Big R Shimizu, Akira Tozawa, Shingo Takagi, Masato Yoshino, Shachihoko BOY, Genki Horiguchi H.A.Gee.Mee!!, Jimmy Susumu, Ryo “Jimmy” Saito, & T-Hawk. The matches for the opening night will be CIMA vs. Doi, YAMATO vs. T-Hawk, & Takagi vs. Tozawa.

Saito Sensei said that Tatsukis’ delinquent friend Masato had gone after his hair two times now. Somehow, this lead to Sensei being a part of the cage match. He hoped Tatsuki would be inspired by his Sensei fighting his hardest inside the cage. CIMA attacked Horiguchi, in a futile attempt at starting the match. Sensei shouted at Nobuhiko, telling him to stop acting up while Sensei was speaking. Doi also tried to attack. Sensei also shouted him down, but only referred to him by his last name. Doi was outraged at this, and demanded to know why he was left out. Saito told him to shut up. He had teaching assistants Yasushi, Naoki, & Hiromasa here to aid him today. Eventually the match began.
CIMA hit Doi with powder, lading to his loss. Doi was outraged. He was certain CIMA did it on purpose, because he certainly didn’t look like someone who just made a huge mistake. CIMA asked him what happened, and wondered why his face was white with powder. Doi shouted that CIMA did it to him. CIMA asked for evidence to back up such an accusation. Doi pointed out that his hand was also white with powder. YAMATO finally mediated. He asked them to put their issues aside until they get through the cage match. They will face off in King of Gate, so they can fight it out there. He then called out his own 1st round opponent, T-Hawk. The guy who claimed that anyone born before 1990 was his enemy. Now he is just the caretaker for a group of kids. He would lose his hair in Aichi, then be beaten in King of Gate. Since T-Hawk was the only Millenials member worth a damn, the end of him would be the perfect finish to the unit. T-Hawk admitted that he was carrying the entire unit on his back right now. But those who carry a heavy load only become stronger.

Shachi thanked MONSTER EXPRESS for backing him up throughout his journey. He also thanked Susumu & Kagetora for the great match. He offered a handshake, but Kagetora slapped his hand away. He didn’t hold it against them, as he has lost enough to know how terrible the feeling is. All he knows right now though, is the feeling of victory. He took down the challengers that had been tormenting him. He had the next challengers in mind and planned on calling them out soon. MONSTER EXPRESS shared some banter about all the upcoming events. The cage match, the chance that one or more of them could lose their hair, and the looming King of Gate. Shachi closed things out, promising more hot fights like today, and thanked the fans for their continuing support.

A Cyber Kong box attack helped Doi reverse a Frankensteiner for the pin on Saito. Doi told Saito that there was one month left until the cage match. Saito was in the match, and he was currently a delegate for the match. If he ends up being the delegate for Saito, he promises to help him escape the cage with all his might. However, if he isn’t. Well. The opposite would apply. He would do everything in his power to protect his own hair and see Saito & his delegate go bald.

Takagi & Kzy argued. Takagi pointed out that Kzy was by far the weakest fighter in the cage. As such, he should prepare himself for another shave. Mochizuki jumped in. With his loss today, his hair was now on the line. To have your head shaved at 45 is dangerous, it may not all grow back. He implored Kzy to fight his best and free them both from the stipulation. Kzy broke the news to him that just because they were both a part of the stipulation, they weren’t necessarily tied to each other. Mochizuki was a bit confused, so he pleaded with everyone to fight their hardest.

The rules for the main event were as such: Since YAMATO is a participant & Hulk is already a delegate, any fall scored on them would not end the match. The match would only end when someone qualified to become a delegate was defeated.

Cyber boasted after beating DK in his hometown to send him into delegate status. Furthermore, he was a genius and the people of Nagoya are idiots. He brought up the trauma he suffered in 2012 when he fought CIMA for the Dream Gate in what is considered to be the worst major match in company history. To fight off the rest of the demons that haunt him from that disaster, he must take the Dream Gate from Hulk in the same building. He demanded Hulk accept his challenge. Hulk was still hesitant, but with ins on consecutive days over himself, Kzy, & DK, Cyber was a qualified challenger. He accepted the challenge for DEAD or ALIVE. YAMATO said such was the life of the Dream Gate champion. Hulk has the entire roster aiming for him, now he has to deal with Kong in a title match. But he shouldn’t forget that one last detail. His hair would be on the line that day as well. He could lose both his title and his hair in the same night. DK could lose his precious mask. He hoped the fans would look forward to it happening.

GM/Referee Yagi & Ring Announcer Kikuchi announced some additional rules for the 05/05 cage match called “Double Risk”. Not only will the losing competitor have their head shaved, but each one will have an delegate that will also lose their hair and/or mask. Tonight and on the 7th in Nagoya there will be several matches to decide the first six delegates. The loser of Doi vs. Kotoka and the loser of the fall in the main event will be the first two. After all 6 have been selected, a drawing will be held in Sambo Hall on 4/11 to decide which competitor is paired up with which delegate. Since this will all be done at random, it is possible for a participant to have a delegate from a different unit. Furthermore, after the drawing is held, a delegate will be able to free themselves from the stipulation by scoring a pinfall or submission win. The person they defeat will then take their place. For example, Player A loses to Player B, becoming one of the delegate. Player A then later pins Player C. Player C will assume the delegate spot Player A had.

CIMA accidentally hit Doi in his match with Kotoka, leading to his loss. Doi became the first delegate selected. He flew into another rage, as CIMA once again caused him to lose again to that pathetic pissant Kotoka. T-Hawk got involved in the arguing, leading directly to the start of match three. Doi returned the favor to CIMA, hitting him with a powder attack that lead to the Night Ride. They resumed arguing, while T-Hawk continued to gleefully point out that the continued distractions for CIMA will only make taking his hair that much easier.

Fujii & PT invaded after the semi-final, and attacked Saito. Saito Sensei has been going around the entire country telling his students that he would reform Fujii. It won’t happen, Fujii likes being a delinquent. Saito wouldn’t waver in his resolve. Furthermore, he promised that he would still have his long hair the next time he comes to Fukui.

Hulk became the next delegate by losing the fall in the main event. Cyber taunted him and the fans. By defeating the puny little Dream Gate champion in this backwoods town, he felt he deserved a shot at the title. Hulk was hesitant, since he was still shaken by the loss and suddenly having his hair at stake. However, he was champion. His puny little body would repel the challenge from the big stupid beast. He accepted. They didn’t explicitly set the match for 5/5 yet.
