During the Jimmys opening speech, Horiguchi entered himself into the Brave Gate tournament that is taking place over 9/28 & 29.

Eitas’ Numero Uno is the arm submission he debuted in Sambo Hall on 8/30.

The unrest in WORLD-1 International continued today. There were several incidents of friendly fire involving Yoshino & Ricochet and Yoshino & Doi. CIMA took some shots at them over the situation in his post match promo. CIMA changed subjects to CIBA. He said while the name CIMA begins to fade away, we will see more and more of the name CIBA. He mentioned the upcoming Brave Gate tournament and the CIBA vs. U-T match. Horiguchi was now in the tournament. Team Veteran were otherwise occupied, so he was calling on a (very) old friend to come and compete. That friend was Tsubasa, most known for his time with Osaka Pro Wrestling. Tsubasa was a part of the original Japanese Lucha Libre movement in the mid 1990s, and was a contemporary of Super Shisa. He competed on several of the early Toryumon Mexico events, but was never a part of the Toryumon system itself.

CIMA had some more news to announce. An MRI revealed the damage to Dragon Kids’ knee will keep him out for around 2 months. Consequently, both the Twin Gate and Triangle Gate had to be vacated. The winners of the Summer Adventure Tag League will become interim champions. When DK is able to return, he & K-ness will face the interim champion team to decide the 29th Champion team. The Triangle Gate situation is currently undecided. As of now, all major titles besides the Dream Gate are vacant.

6. Summer Adventure Tag League A Block: Akira Tozawa, Shingo Takagi (15:23 No Contest) Naruki Doi, Masato Yoshino
7. Open the Dream Gate Championship Match: YAMATO (21:55 Galleria) Ryo “Jimmy” Saito
☆1st Defense

YAMATO & Saito had the contract signing for the main event. Saito said all the fans in Korakuen Hall were behind him. For them, he would become champion. YAMATO said he was unbeatable. He was the omnipotent champion. He asked Korakuen who they wanted to win. They replied with a thunderous “SaiRyo!” call. YAMATO was undeterred, and said he just could not lose.

T-Hawk boasted about the power of the Millenials. He said they were done forever with the Jimmys. Their next target were the old timers. This brought out Mochizuki, Fujii, & Shisa. Challenges were laid out. The Millenials promised to break bones. Mochizuki said he didn’t know much lucha. He did know a bit about being strong. Himself & Fujii were certainly very strong. They were more than willing to show these little punks what that word meant. CIMA came out at this point. Mochizuki asked for his permission to snuff out the future of Dragon Gate. After more bickering, CIMA made the match for the October Korakuen. The Millenials vs. Team Veteran. T-Hawk vowed to make the old timers tap out, and closed with his traditional “Adios”. For this, Mochizuki reminded him that he was from Hokkaido, not Mexico. He also called the Millenials out for still being very weak on the microphone.

During the match itself, the Kagetora/Tanizaki issues returned.

MAD BLANKEY interfered at the climax of the semi final. Problem Dragon went after Yoshino, but was quickly set up for a Bakatare from Doi. Instead of Problem Dragon, Doi hit Yoshino! Once again, he betrayed him. He mocked him for not seeing the clues Doi gave him during recent matches. Doi said that this was the end of WORLD-1. He joined MAD BLANKEY. He also forcibly brought Ricochet backstage with him.

Tozawa was just upset that his match was ruined. Yoshino recovered, and promised to get the last word on Doi.

YAMATO celebrated the win, and Doi joining MB. He called out CIMA and asked for an interesting challenger. CIMA dismissed the notion that this was an easy win. He asked if he had anyone in mind for a challenger. The Great and Powerful YAMATO welcomed anyone to dare challenge him. This brought out Yoshino. CIMA asked him if he knew what he was doing, what with all craziness that just happened to him. Yoshino was confident, he wanted the title match. YAMATO accepted, but noted that Yoshino was now fighting on his own. Tozawa & Team Best Friends came out. Tozawa told Yoshino that he would never be alone. They would second him for the title match. With that, CIMA set the title match for the 10/10 Korakuen.

Some more arguing between the two sides lead to a 5 vs. 3 handicap match being made for 10/10. Tozawa, Takagi, & Nation vs. Hulk, Doi, Kzy, Problem Dragon, & Kong.

This left the problem of Yoshinos’ partner for the tag league. The fans immediately began to chant for Ricochet. CIMA delivered the bad news that Ricochet would be returning to America after the Kantou leg of this tour. Ricochet himself got in the ring. He had a recommendation for Yoshino. He recommended Watanabe. Yoshino was hesitant at first, but eventually relented. Watanabe will replace Doi for the rest of their league matches.

Yoshino agreed to fight alongside Team Best Friend full time. Tozawa also welcomed Ricochet & Shachi to join, because they were just 2 great guys. Tozawa, Yoshino, Ricochet, Nation, & Takagi all joined hands to symbolize their friendship, and the start of their new unit.

Yoshino kicked things off with a short speech. He talked about the unfortunate happenings in Korakuen Hall yesterday. WORLD-1 was finished due to Doi. He was saved by Team Best Friends. Still, they had no unit name yet. His costume was now outdated. He apologized for this. Still, he hoped the Chiba faithful would cheer and support them.

Doi appeared in a new yellow costume. He said his entry into New MAD BLANKEY was just the beginning of his new rampage. Tonight was all MB vs. Jimmys matches, and MB would reign supreme. They interfered heavily in his match, leading to Doi & Kagetora being added to the originally scheduled match 3 tag.

After the main, there was a confrontation. YAMATO said he was unaware Mochizuki & Fujii were still even with the company. It was fitting that he ran into them again while in such a backwater town because their attacks were being bitten by a mosquito. Mochizuki replied that someone from way out in Iwate really shouldn’t be calling anything backwater. After some more talk, MB departed. Mochizuki said that after 2 straight losses that eliminated MochiFujii from the tag league he wasn’t in the proper position to close the show on a positive note. He called out someone who could…Dragon Kid! They had some friendly banter about times spent in Isanuma and the surrounding areas. DK said he was recovering from his injury, but wasn’t ready to announce his return date yet. Still, he was happy to come to the ring to address the fans and they could come see him at the merchandise booth.

Tozawa sang his usual Do Not Stand at my Grave and Weep. They had some words in advance of the main event before being interrupted by Doi & MB. He ran down Mie, said the new MAD BLANKEY was the strongest and coolest unit ever, and they were looking forward to beating up the hoemtown hero Fujii in their match. CIMA told Doi to either sing or shut up. The match began quickly.

☆The Millenials become the interim Open the Twin Gate champion team

Horiguchi came out after the 3rd match. He congratulated Tsubasa on winning his first match in the DG ring. He recalled memories of training with him in Mexico during the beginning days of Toryumon. Unfortunately for him, he has Horiguchi in round two. With his 15th anniversary coming up, Horiguchi promised victory.

Kzy attacked CIBA after his win, giving him a BEAT BOM. He ripped on him for his lack of growth, and said beating the inexperienced Millenial meant nothing. Kzy would beat him, then it didn’t matter whether it was Horiguchi or Tsubasa. The new Brave Gate champion would be Kzy! CIBA vowed not to lose to Kzy. He promised that HE would be the new champion.

CIMA vs. Mochizuki was presented as a special bonus match.

The Millenials celebrated their victory. T-Hawk talked about when they were in Mexico, they had no money & barely enough to eat. This was a dream come true. The Millenial promised to continue to usher in the winds of change. Their celebration was interrupted by the Jimmys. Both sides agreed to a 6 man tag match tomorrow.

☆Horiguchi becomes the 24th Champion

YAMATO called out Eita. He wanted revenge for his loss yesterday. They will fight in a singles match on 10/26 in Sambo Hall.

In addition to the Brave Gate title, Horiguchi won 1,000,000 yen and several gifts from local businesses. He said he would use the prize money to faciliate hair growth. Saito told him no one wanted to see that. Horiguchi talked about the various losses since World, and the Millenials trying to take out his arm. He has been absent from serious singles competition since failing in his Dream gate bid vs. CIMA last year. Because of all these various setbacks, he considers this Brave Gate win, his 3rd, to be the best one yet. He said the Jimmys true ability doesn’t just come from it’s members. It comes from everyone who come out and cheer for them, despite the stress of work or school, even in sickness. He addressed the ongoing problems between Kagetora & Tanizaki. Kagetora said that together, they would take down the Millenials.

The show ended with a Jimmys Train.
